What helocheck does with your data

helocheck is a diagnostic tool: you enter a mail server hostname, and it shows you what the server responds with. The tool is designed to be stateless and ephemeral.

No data stored. helocheck does not have a database, does not store server probe results, and does not keep a history of what you searched.
No credentials collected. The tool does not ask for or store passwords, API keys, or any authentication credentials.
No accounts. helocheck has no user accounts, no login, and no sign-up process.
Each probe is ephemeral. The result is shown in your browser and discarded when you navigate away or refresh the page. Nothing is persisted server-side.
No email is sent. helocheck does not send email, does not run scheduled checks, and does not deliver notifications.

The only data processed is the hostname and port you enter, which is used solely to perform the probe. No log of probes is retained.

Cookies and tracking

helocheck does not use cookies, tracking scripts, analytics, or third-party services that collect personal data. The site does not set any cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's edge network. Standard HTTP request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) are handled by Cloudflare's normal operations and are not used by helocheck for analytics or profiling.
